I was going to ask if it could have been an honest mistake, but if he had received prior complaints then distribution should have been terminated.

It's one thing to sell a fake product, I knew of a guy one time who sold fake capsules of MDMA, but at least his 'product' was harmless (I think they were just vitamins or maybe cold & flu capsules).

But if someone is distributing a bad product that's making people sick, e.g. preventing them from training or giving them abscesses, then that's bullshit.
