Sorry updated my usual dose... Was a long day yesterday. Ya I only run it once a year so don't think it's unusually long... My understanding is most will run it for 14-16 weeks. Like I said I find it doesn't really kick in until way late for so I've always run it but longer...hence if I should increase my dose.
