Var stacks well with test and some men use low dose in their "spicy" trt.

Var can reduce estrogen and bind up SHBG. This can lead to elevated free testosterone which is good, but also raise DHT, which can be bad if it goes too high.

Overall though, var is a very well tolerated compound. The issue may be finding real var, it is faked with dianabol sometimes.

Isnt it bad for the liver etc if you take orals for too long? Like as part of trt . I thought for orals 6-8 weeks was recomended and 12 weeks max

You should monitor blood work and trt dose is typically 5 to 10mg per day, not the 50mg or more some will take during cycle.
