Plus, you’re telling me just because you’re male you can get below 7-8% bf, with abs/obliques , without training?. And, that first pic was when he was in his 50’s. This pic is at 75. Genetics are king and back to the point of the original thread, it’s possible OHearn is natty.
The only reason I don’t think O’Hearn is natty, is that he’s shredded at 260. And I’ve watched a few of his YouTube videos and in one series he puts on 20 lbs of muscle at an already 260-270 lbs. that just doesn’t work in my mind at 50 years old. Everyone he’s around is on gear, except him? I don’t know. I could see him being a soft 260, but not shredded.
