I still drink too much tho - but, I split my drinking from the var. Var in the morning & I don’t drink till night time.
I hear you with the drinking thing…Im 48 eat pretty clean and pretty consistent in the gym . But I now train with more of a functional approach. Still lift but not like when I was younger. But I do love to have a few.
