i hear ya, but for some context, with my personal schedule between work, commuting and lifting i can only get an hour of cardio in 4-5 times a week. eating a high protein, low calorie diet with that routine has allowed me to burn fat effectively while maintaining muscle. of course ive got anabolics helping with the process though
