to get the best results of winny (though I don't like Winstrol) you should run it ED @ 50mg. for no more than 6 weeks. Winstrol will definitely dry up your joints, so be preprared. It it were me, My first cycle would be just "TEST". That way you can tell how your body will react to different compounds.
