Ive heard/read about
TRIMIX before, I believe it was on this site. Im not sure I could ever do that as in sticking myself with a needle there. I always LOL about the call 911 if it last over 4 hrs. Been there but didnt call 911. I took a Viagra 1x after a 12 hr flight and I had been up for over 48hr total and had a date with 2 girls at the same time that night. 
Yeah 4 hrs later had to pee standing up in the shower. lol It did eventually subside, 5 or 6hrs. Good time. Im not sure my heart could take it anymore. I dont have quite the stamina I did 15 years ago. lol
Good luck with the house sale and travel plans but DAMMIT, don't be a stranger without an update when you say you are going to give one....
