Yesterday I benched 90 lbs for 10 reps for a few sets, and I did a few sets of chin up's with a 25 lb weighted belt.
Gonna just rest and ice today, then give it a go again tomorrow.

I realise that you have no morals, no beliefs, no values, and that you stand for nothing Honkey, but I thought even among airheaded bodybuilders, there was a code not to mock people recovering from injury.
Benching 90 lbs less than a month after shoulder surgery is decent.
