Another mass shooting

Huh? Whose picky? This thread is about mass shootings (of people). The shooter used an AR-15 and not the other guns you mentioned. I bought Ruger stock because they make the AR-15 and those sales often climb after mass shootings of people.

If you want to detour this thread and make it about shooting feral pigs or guns other than that used in this recent mass shooting (and many others) that’s your right of course, but that ain’t what this thread is really about. I’m simply re-focusing on this thread, the mass shooting of people, not killing snakes, pigs and snakes.

LOL, not derailing this thread, but have been watching and not seeing much said that they already had been reports of mental illness and odd behavior, yet I've seen very, very little posted about that. No one wants to address that

I presented the other side of the coin that there are legitimate uses of semi-automatic rifles. A lot that people who don't live rural take into consideration.

That's ok. Snarkiness noted for future reference. Although the insertion of pests into the situation of murdered people was pretty slack.

Nobody wants to address the fact that we used to lock up crazy people that shown signs of being crazy. They were considered dangers to themselves and others. We stop putting nutcases in asylums and the number of shooting increase. If we went back to what we used to do, this guy would've received the professional help he needed and a bunch of people would still be alive.

Instead we get more gun legislation and more closures of asylums that would be able to house these nutcases.
