    Rest & recovery perhaps? Tough to get enough of that while working typical hours. A lot can be said for daily naps in between workouts as well. We don’t see eye to eye on the forum but we both do like to train (granted, differently due to my age & injuries). I’ll be dead before you’re my age, but hope that you’ll still be at it, because why stop something that’s such a big part of our very existence. Good luck.

    Well, Wango I do appreciate it. Yes training is a big part of my life it may shorten it , it may not. At this point it doesn’t really matter. The way I train my injuries will probably break me down before the drugs kill me. Its very exhausting, the bodybuilding lifestyle that is. Always exhausted, always tired, more sleep is needed more food I could go on and on. You should check out some of Nassers old interviews he tell it like it is.
