Rest & recovery perhaps? Tough to get enough of that while working typical hours. A lot can be said for daily naps in between workouts as well. We don’t see eye to eye on the forum but we both do like to train (granted, differently due to my age & injuries). I’ll be dead before you’re my age, but hope that you’ll still be at it, because why stop something that’s such a big part of our very existence. Good luck.
