I got three injections . An anti inflammatory, and two kenlog shots one in my shoulder near the rear delt and one right below my knee cap. These were a little painful. He told me not to train yesterday so I didnt.

This is the rehab work or at least some, that I will doing on my chest and delt days. Which arent frequent. The band work is what I will be focusing on.
This is good news, all things considered, brother! Could have been much worse.
