Leave the orals out since you are already 4 weeks in. Anadrol is good to jump start the cycle while waiting for things to kick in. Anadrol and anavar are kind of complete opposites, I wouldn’t run them at the same time.

Thanks for the advice. Last cycle like this was 10 years ago and did kick start it with anadrol but this time round my anadrol didn't come in till now and was also given anavar and never used anavar before
