Bro honestly.. I been working out super tough for almlst 7 years ..I do take a ton of supps but this was my first cycle and I have no clue what I was doing .. but am an intelligent person .. so I did as much research as I could.. weeded through the bs and did the.damn thing .. off topic can u private message me? I have a question.
So I highlighted the important parts here. Some of it is contradictory.
If you did as much research as you could, you would NOT NOT NOT have done tren in your first cycle. You also would already be well versed in what PCT looks like, and why taking 4 weeks off between cycles is just daft, UNLESS you are already on TRT, your "cycles" are actually blasts, AND blood work says that you are good to blast again in 4 weeks.
But, you are in the right place to learn now.
Read the link that AG posted, it will answer all your questions. It will also highlight how little you know now, but we all start somewhere, so take this as a learning lesson and move on.

Man I really have a ton of questions.. anyway to get like a 1 on 1 with someone so I can just ask and get straight foreward answers..like wym blasts ? I was doing tren 3 times a week.. for almlst 10 weeks .. that.isnt a cycle ? I would rather not take a break but just don't know.if that's ok? Should I break longer or not at.all?

I'm concerned wuth why not tren? I mean I got hella lean and put on music . My nutrition was on point .. I've been working out for a long.time .. my body fat was was 8% .. maybe gained 5lbs muscle in the 8-10 weeks.. i was using the test enth correctly from was article said .. only thing I was unprepared for was pct.. I figured I would be ok with AI and trt and just drop the tren for a break then jump back on..
