Where can I get some dextrose?????

I'm not trying to promote any companies or anything, cause hell! I dont know any! But where can i get some dextrose? Grocery store? Wal mart? I know I can probably get it online but I'm starting my new diet Monday so I need to find it here in town locally TOMORROW!! Also, how do you guys take this? Is it like protein powder where you just shake it up with some water or what??? Thanks for your help bro's!!

You can get it at the bulk food store cheep, Its called Corn Sugar.
Mix it with your post workout protien drink about 1/4 to 1/2 cup.

So dextrose and corn sugar are the same thing? So I can just go to the supermarket and get corn sugar??

yeah.. even tho its cheaper if you get it form a online source.. i got mine for about 1$ a lb..

one more thing if you cant find it get coolaid as a supplement for dextrose until it arrives...

Just regular coolaid??? Like in the packets or can???? and just throw the powder in with the protein????

yeah powder cool aid.. but by no means you should use that instead of dextrose in the long run.. order some off line and in the mean time used koolaid..
