I will be starting my cycle in a few months and I will be including fina in it. My family has a history of prostate problems, so I figured I would take saw palmetto throughout my cycle. I have heard of people taking it anywhere from 300mg ED to 2000mg ED, my question is how much should I run ED on my cycle beings that my family already has a history of prostate problems? I was thinking somewhere around 500mg ED? Any of you bros have an idea if this would be a sufficient amount dose for me? Thanks bros.
