You never heard of it, it's a private Tier 1 supplier which basicly produces parts for the big 3 up in detroit here.. I actually work in the lab, and test chassis durability, noise, vibration, heat.. etc.. I really want to work for Ford one day..Originally Posted by jcstomper
oh ok, thats not bad though you get to pretty much try and break the frames and chassis lol. im probably way off right? do you have any inside connects on suspension parts or stuff like that?Originally Posted by monster.
Under Wter Bsket Weaver! Took many years to learn to hold my breath for long periods of time.
You're pretty much on the money, although the automaters don't want their parts to break, but they do.. We got some cool ass stuff.. As far as a hook up, I have access to a machine shop, I can pretty much make whatever i want there.. We don't deal with aftermarket, it's strictly OEM, plus the stuff is for cars waiting to be built... like 2006-2008 projects..Originally Posted by jcstomper
I really can't put into words what some of our real time simulations look like.. It's pretty amazing if you ask me..
i can guess what the real time simulations look like, ive seen the video's in auto school when i was in high school. i majored as a auto technician. you got the chassis up on the jigs with some sort of hydralic pump on around each wheel and just simulate road travel, pretty much trying to stress the crap out of everything.Originally Posted by monster.
im honestly thinking of rebuilding my car and before i have it repainted getting the whole thing seam welded like the WRC cars to make the frame more rigid.
