    Well prop is the way to go. As far as ending with it, it is done so the PCT time is easier. 3 days with prop opposed to the 3 weeks of test E. So If it were me, and you dont mind running a little longer, Id drop the test E at week 13 or 14 and start the prop then for 3 weeks. Then your PCT starts 3 days after the prop shot.

    I really dont think you need to run prop at the end as well as the beginning.
    Use it as a jump start or use it all the way thru.

    I had the same debate... and i chose to do the prop as a jumpstart, for more quality lean gains. Our cycles are very similar, when do you plan on starting?
