I'd recommend to start taking 40mgs of nolva ED ASAP until the lump goes down then maybe taper down to 20mgs and then 10mgs. Also, you should take clomid for PCT instead of HCG. HCG is used for PCT for cycles that are run for longer periods of time.

Also, correct me if I am wrong, but omnadron is the same thing as sustanon, so shouldn't it be injected at least E3D (EOD would be most effective)?
