that's not a very good way to spread it out, you want to keep a regular time period inbetween doses, especially with prop, and 33mg of prop every mon/wed/fri is a waste,
try this instead
250 tv mon & thursday
25mg prop mon & thursday
75mg prop every day other than mon & thurs including saturday and sunday
your body doesn't care if it's the weekend or not, you need to keep your blood levels stable to minimize sides and maximize gains
