I take Creatine(5 g) pre-workout and post-workout(5 g) L- Glutamine definetly post-work (5+ g) and Protein (Whey) at leats 3 times a day between meals adding 25 to 50 g of Maltodextrin and water.
Creatine puts always 10 to 20 pounds to my 3 lifts (or adds 1 to 2 reps) and I hardly take time off of it. L- Glutamine have to be there at least post- workout to help switch to anabolic state. It's a good idea to have some more before bed, a little more always helps. I think that regardless of the combination, each of these will find its way to where they belong.
BTW, I never take a ton of sugars(cell tech) with my creatine pre-workout, why take such a high glycemic crap and then run out of fuel 10 min. into your workout? No matter what it'll be absorbed.![]()
