I always notice an increase in my energy and a bit in the appetite department when taking 500mcg/week of B12.
The pills are useless too...gotta be injectable!
Keep this one on the down low Mallet..he is a great source and don't want a good source getting in the wrong peoples hands and having them get busted and then we lose out on it.
