Thanks for all the input. I am killing the cardio. I run 1 mile each morning on an empty stomach. And i play racquetball three times a week, at a VERY good pace. I am also taking the advice of u bro's and downing 2 gallons water a day. Just got back home from my thursday r-ball league and when i was playing u would have thought that i was dunked into a **** tank of water!! Never have i sweated so **** much!
