I mix it up.. never more than 3 weeks on the same workout cycle...

but never more than 2 days off.. always back on the 3rd day...

ok to rest... but no more than 2 days..........

I agree with berm. I've had better results working out 5 days a week than I did 6 days/week. Also, I've noticed better results when I lift 2 days, off 1 day, lift 3 days, off 1 day, then repeat.
