He is an old man. My dad says drop it. But I got all my pictures from college etc on there. Plus Credit card info resumes etc. And he threated me on the net today that he is going to put kiddy porn on there and turn me in. I've already sent all this to the cops, lets just hope the DA does something about it. Otherwise i migth have to go find him and put the hurt on him. He was scared until I told him I meant no hard and just want my stuff back and thats when he got ballsy.

Agree with spy...I have programs that find all sorts of stuff on computers...you would be amazed what I can find. This is the part that you don't want out...the only way yuou could ever destry all information is to melt the thing into a pool of metal...or get evidence eliminator, a temp power supply and then set the thing up to rewrite all information magnetically...I can't retrieve anything when that is done....
