Lol.. Good for you bro... Just one bit of advise.. anyone you see doing curls in the power rack should be beaten down with a 50lb dumbbell immediatly.. Don't let them get that crap started, or you'll be waiting to do Squats or rack lockouts on some guy curling two dimes for ten sets of 15 ..
