I'm sorry, but i just have to laugh...after eating that many calories do you really think your body is gonna break down muscle because it doesn't have enough energy available to it?? no...When you have excess calories, there is no need for your body to catabolize muscle. The only time you need to worry about losing muscle from not eating regular meals is when you are in a caloric deficit.I am just glad today wasn't a training day... because it would suck to not be able to eat and lose some muscle after binging like this lol.

Glad I could give ya a good laugh. Does my little plan sound ok though? Or should I axe the shake/flax before bed and just give my body a good ammount of time to get this outa my system?
