Well...

I ended up staying awake for a while after I posted, so I waited till about 3am and had the protein shake w/ flax and called it a night. I just got off the treadmill this morning and I must say I feel much much better... my bloating went down quite a bit and I don't feel sick anymore. I am going to cut my oatmeal out of meal 1 today and add another egg and just have a pro/fat meal to keep fat burning going, and then just eat extremely clean the rest of the day. I decided after last night that is my last binge, I can't stand feeling like that anymore. I also decided to incorporate some new stuff info my diet to help me out....

I bought the following:

R-ALA
Biotin
1 Bottle of 200mg Caffeine Tablets
1 Bottle of Ephenedrine HCL
1 Bottle of Bayer Asprin

I also bought another bottle of Stacker III w/ Ephedra for the afternoon to use as an appetite supressant. Hopefully taking these new items and changing my diet a little will keep me sane and increase my results. I want to be down to 9% bodyfat within the next month, and from the look of abs and definition I am getting in other areas I would guess I am at 12% right now. So I really need to hit it hard. Thanks for the help/support/suggestions guys
