    In answer to your question the key is diet and cardio.

    I am following a strict diet, cardio 45mins 5 days a week on an empty stomach and using the glycemic index for my foods, i.e. oatmeal, brown rice etc.

    In terms of gear I am using a prop/var/hGH cycle and will throw some T3 and/or clen in the future.
