Care to elaborate? I think i do a good job on the pizza, my achilles heal in almost every regard. I do it up homemade style with whole wheat crust, lowfat cheese, homemade sauce, and chicken on top. In that regard I'm sure I'm taking the healthiest route with regards to that particular cheat, but I'm at a loss to how to keep it clean with the Chinese. Disregarding the sodium, I'm hoping that General Gau's chicken is decently clean for a cheat food, seeing as how the brunt of my Chinese food indulgence is made up of this dish.
