Not taking it as a flame for the most part Diesel. I was a little upset about a couple of Bufchic's comments about me not doing homework. I think that the exchange of ideas is great, I just wasnt't looking for a personal attack.

Anyway I have gotten over it, and I see that the way she frames her argument is just her way. I do not doubt the sincerity of her or anyone else's opinion and by posting my pic and progress I invited it.

I am a pragmatist, and will do what I need to do to accomplish my goals. If it means eating carbs, I'll eat them: whatever it takes.
