After 12-15 week I lost roughly 8lbs of mostly water (hopefully) I was a little over 180lbs on week 12 and now week 15 im at 175ish and seem to be staying right there. Im still not where I wanna be (are we ever?) lol But if you look at my before pics and after I can say Im satisfied so far. I cant wait to do my second cycle this fall. I will post that when I do as well. Thanks for all the feedback fellas! So I gained 20 lbs of lean muscle that I kept. Oh yeah...its great to see the attention you get from chicks too!!
