You've got to do your OWN research. Is the buddy you lift with going to lift the weight for you and you take the gains from his lifting? Don't think so..Originally Posted by speedtraining

Wow you dont feel like making one so we will just do it. Yea right buddy all you need to do is put in bulk diet in the **** search button. Talk about lazy
critique,yes,make,no.
Well.....first off, let me apologize for the rudeness thathas been shown thus far. Second.... we are here to help you as much as we can but please do some research and come up with something and we can go from there. I for one have made diets up for many folks on these boards, but I have done so after thewy themselves have run into a wall or failed at many tries doing it themselves. 5000 cals is easy to hit.... give it some thought and come up with something on your own and we'll go from there.
I know how to eat and what to eat but if you had a diet saved to your computer well then whats the problem with sharing it, I already got one just looking for others to see if they look any beter. No need for the tuff guy comments.
No "tuff guy" comments. You asked for someone to put up a diet FOR you, not a diet they made for THEMSELVES because you didn't "feel like making one." You need to get your story straight..Originally Posted by speedtraining
Nah I asked for some one who had a diet saved to throw the file down so I could grab it, nothing more nothing less...Originally Posted by daman1
That isn't saying you dont feel like creating one or look lazy to you?? Hmm... better schedule that psychologist appointment.Originally Posted by speedtraining

Who's to say 5000kcals is even what you NEED?
You've gotta do some footwork yourself, the bros are right. After all, it's YOUR goals/body/etc. You didn't even list height/weight/bodyfat percentage/training schedule/years training, etc.
If YOU present a plan of attack, it will be critiqued.
