Well, it's been about 2 months since I could train legs again after double patellar tendon ruptures. (Had extensive surgery to repair both, could not train legs for 6 months, and was pretty bummed!) Anywho, just began to train legs again about 2 months ago, I'm only 55% recovered, and I still CANNOT run. One of the worst injuries aside from a complete bicep rupture, or pectoral tear. Having this injury affect BOTH legs, and "legs in general" you can only guess what that does to your upper body in regards to struggling to maintain size. Good news is that I get to now bulk for 4 months, then cut for 3 or so and perhaps do a show at the end of the year, that is my goal. Actually, acting and persuing those commercials/extra positions in movies is what I aim to do, screw the shows, lol.........Anyhow, nothing major or impressive, I'm just lettin' the bros who asked how I was know how it's going.
Now, it's time to get really big!

Knee surgery pics........(legs suck, be nice!)
That's about it..........need to get to work on building more mass and getting back to where I was. Not training legs for months on end can really put a damper on the rest of you! For all those who contemplate how important legs are in training, man, DO THEM!!!!!!! Legs are the teacher, the upper body is the student!
Peace all!
