One more thing.... I've seen dosages mentioned on these posts, but I haven't seen anyone specifically mention when they take them in regards to a workout..I know it's best to split them up as you would any PH, but if you take 5 mg. in the morning as the first dose, I'm guessing the second should be in the afternoon which for me would be about an hour before my workout. Any suggestions with regards to taking them before or after a workout? Thanx again
