    I need the soymilk b/c it makes the oats bearable. Isn't white rice ok as a PPWO carb source? Doesn't the addition of flax to the tuna slow the absoption rate?

    Well I posted before why dairy was bad. It's terrible in any kind of meal plan. And white rice is so processed it's crazy. I would use brown rice as I use it about the same place as you use white rice in my meal.
