wednesday was my last shot of test/deca wanted to start my ephedra stacks and was wondering if they could be harmfull if taken too soon after a cycle? will i get to dehidrated or anything?

it shouldnt make u dehydrated at all as long as your drinking alot of water like u should be. im assuming your not taking a crazy amount of ephedra either,such as 1000mg r u?

no im going to start slow i have alot of experiance with ephedra but never after a cycle

How much are you taking exactly? Are you taking this during PCT?

I'm using clen and ECA during my PCT. Works well for me
