Yes, I seemed more vascular and obtained more definition in my arms and shoulders. My roomates, lifting chums, and girlfriend seemed to notice too. Lats were a bit more extended and chest was solid. Overall, the muscles were just abnormally solid when I would flex and were pumped up when I was just hanging out or whatever.Originally Posted by D00fy
I am about 11 days into my nolva / milk thistle PCT and have noticed my chest strength has declined about 10 - 15 lbs. Back and Bicep strength has not gone down yet ( knock on wood). But amazingly, my shoulders have increased in strength, especially on one specific exercise.
About ready to begin the final 2 week cycle of M1T next monday. Just going to do it by itself (no 4-AD) and see what happens.
