    3 more weeks

    3 more weeks of cardio before I start my 1st cycle. I have listened to allyour advice and took it all in . this is for 10 weeks ....thabx for all the help bros

    400 mg test cyp
    20 mg nolva

    20mg of nolva ed,u probably can get away with 10mg ed imo,since your only taking 400mg a week...your choice though...

    I have enough to do 20 mg ed but if thats the case I could do ten and up it if need be abd have some for next time.....
