6'3", 230#, ~13%, 32y.o.

Got into lifting 7 years ago when I quit doing meth. At the time I was 165#, same frame-- I could bench 95 lb, and squat 135.

I now incline ~315 (don't do flat benches anymore, they hurt my shoulders) and squat ~495 +/-, depending on if I'm on or not.

Interesting thread to see on a BB board. Nice board, too.
