    I do not have a particular pic. My motivation pic is more like a book. I pull out Arny's encyclopedia of bodybuilding and go through pics and read some of his passion. I just do not think I have ever read a book with as much passion as he put into his. JMO.

    The pic I have in my avatar is all the motivation I need.

    And like ironweb said the encyclopedia of bodybuilding is great motivation.

    Whenever I feel like slacking I just think about arnolds dedication to bodybuilding and how hard he worked and that puts me into the right workout mood right away.

    shit, anyone can get as big as me with the dedication it takes to do it! anyone...

    tommy thorvilson (johans ava) is awesome. his right pec is torn though and it throws his entire physique off. i wish he would get it repaired. he is in the ironman classic next week. cant wait to see how he looks!

    bigkev when did he ter(sp?) his pec?
    strange that I havent heard anything about it. Swedish bodybuilding magazine often write alot about nordic bodybuilders.

    I cant wait to ironman either hope he qualifies to olympia.

    Does anyone know if there will be any kind of streaming video webcast of ironman or arnold classic??

    Too about the pec tear....I like Tommy´s physique, as many others over here in Sweden/Norway/Denmark. He´s a pro on his way to stardom, but if that pec tear is severe, it could put him on some strains I guess, if it doesn´t heal well?
