may be a stupid question but.. im planning out a cycle of qv test250 and qvdeca 300... im going to run 500mg/wk test and 300/wk deca.. so i will run the test on mon and thurs... now my question is.. do i mix the deca in the same syringe as the test? or do is seperate.. if i do mix them, then would i split the dose into .5cc and do it on mon and thurs.?? please help...

yes mix them half and half.

You can mix in the same syringe. You should split the dose so that you reach your mg goals for the week
