I'm on the same first cycle as you and I'm starting my 6th wk on monday. so far, i've gained a lot of weight and muscle mass, but i've also gained a good amt of fat on my abdomen and chest also. i'm only consuming about 3000 clean calories too. also, my bench strength has only gone up 20 lbs so far from 185 lbs 8 reps to 205lbs 8 reps. i'm getting pretty frustrated w/ the fat. are you taking any nolva? i'm taking 10mg nolva and .25mg ldex per day. thanks for any help, bro. i just don't know if i'm screwing this cycle up.
you are what you eat, you must eat clean to get somewhat clean results. Also, it could be a little bit of water retention.
