    Question Milk Thistle???

    Around how much milk thistle would be the recommended dosage for me? 20 yrs 185lbs I'm doing Equipoise, 3 shots per week of 50 ml each. Is it needed at all? I'm going to run it for 2 months and might incorporate some shots of Test towards the end. Do you guys think that 4 shots of Test is worth taking starting on the second to last week overlapping the Equi cycle?

    no need for milk thistle - and you should bump up your EQ dose - perhaps 2ccs 3times a week - bringing it up to 300mls a week

    im lost???? please tell me u r not meaning ml. mg sounds way better. at least 300mg per week for 12 weeks..

    you dont need milk thistle for this cycle but i guess it wouldnt hurt ya if you did take it
