    My routine as of now
    Mon- chest
    Tues- back
    Wed- legs
    Thurs- shoulders
    Fri- tris
    Sat- bis n forearms
    Sun- cardio
    abs everyday
    My concern bout diet is carbs cuz i feel myself limiting them n was wonderin if all the low carb isht goin around is messin wit my progress
