Starting the new schedule soon. Will be going in 2-3 hours later than my old schedule and working somewhere between 9-12 hours/day for a while. Going to take a while to get used to it, but hopefully I can eliminate/reduce the weekend work after this weekend.

Gonna tap off a pint myself... I'm due for BW in about 4wks but I checked my BP and it's slightly elevated which has been my HCT most often in past - I'll tap off a little then wait for BW results to see if I need more out... I know I feel best at 46%

Hemoglobin was actually fairly decent. 17.4 g/dL, which is good for me. Between going to the weekly injections, not eating red meat daily, and watching my iron intake via green veggies, it is probably the best it has been in quite a while. Labs coming up the 28th of this month, so I will get more accurate results then. After my Dr. appointment in early October, I will need to monitor it closely for 8-10 weeks for "supplementary" reasons (Deca, Testovis, Testex, Testoviron, etc.).

Thanks, Nach. Their little fingerstick hemoglobin test generally runs a g or 2/dL lower than actual lab BW, but it's still a slight improvement, so I'll defo take it as progress. Will know for sure after labs on 9/28.

Yes sir, the gels and BP med.. Only thing they didn't have was Atacand/Candesartan, my other BP med, but I may can sweet talk one of the nurses I know out of some samples.or locate it online. At least I have plenty of spare of 1 of my BP meds now, which makes Mrs. AG happy.

I think Mrs. AG would like for me to drop a chuck of $$ on some GH because it always did me right @ lower doses when I ran it before. That will have to wait for a bit though. I wouldn't want to consider starting with less than ~500 I.u.

Cable preacher 1 working +rp 4 just DD

Tri pd 1 working DD. **new weight** s bar

Behind head tri ex 3 sets Cable s bar

Done, Right the reason i did 3 sets on the tri ex is because i can not move the hight on the new x over machine. I can move the old one, so i adjust it to just over my head, and the reason for sets is i can use the stake.
The new one is far to fvcking high and it just is not right for behind head ex.

Any way fvcking screamer of a session, the pain was fvcking sore. Now just sitting watching tele with the mrs and eating.

Got me a couple more vials of tren E, going to expand this a few more weeks.

Just arrived from doing shoulders and was doing smith shoulder press with a 2 of plates on each side for 7, which is unheard of for me. Not the first time with this weight, but was only doing 3-4 then dropseting. Today it felt light as fack, tren is still doing its job.
The only side im having is a stupid ab muscle twitch, got this stupid side since the beggining of this blast lol
Going for bloods again on monday, just make sure H&H and kidneys are ok.

Smashed a real good leg work out. I have been fighting some pain/discomfort in my left knee, Im going to start wrapping it lightly for all squatting and pressing. Felt good, made my legs pay for the past easy work outs
