    Your built alot like my friend. With the side tricep pose + the back double bi. His shoulders look almost identical to yours. You have a bigger chest than him is the major difference between the 2 of you. Your waste is wider than his also.

    well my waist right now is 40. I am not really sure what my arms measure now, they really don't seem to be that large, or course it may just be my height that makes it seem like that. I'd hope they are 20....

    Not to bust your balls....but it has been more than year. Have you looked at the diet forum?? That shit is like an encyclopedia! There is more than likely something wrong with your diet if you haven't been able to slim down after a year of training/dieting.

    I rarely have to ask questions in the diet forums cause every topic seems to have been covered. Get that in check and you'll see a difference in 3 months

    I'm sorry but I can't believe that this thread keeps getting bumped. Yes you are a huge man but for me it ends there. You have a 40 inch waist, your bodyfat can't be much below 18%, your arms are only 20 inches at that weight which means at less then 10% bodyfat your arms would be probably several inches smaller.
    You are a massive man and would squash us all like bugs, well anyone under 240 or so but your physique in my opinion leaves a lot to be desired. Sorry but after pages and pages of posts I wanted to post my opinion. Strong, huge, but get down to a lean 10% you would a look lot less "huge".
    I respect all the hard work you have done and from reading your posts it seams evident that you don't have any competitions i mind be it powerlifting, bodybuilding, etc... It is probably just height envy on my part but if someone much smaller posted at your bodyfat he would be called fat and told he has to diet harder and would receive none of the props you are getting.

    Funny that I was going to advise the same thing, as this thread is VERY OLD and he has had a plethora of time in which to diet down. He could have been ripped by now, but maybe that is not his goal?

    I totally agree with you all. No, i have not been indigenous to my diet, in fact, i flipped and went the other direction (call it this desire to be big) now mind you i do my cardio, but and i dont eat BAD foods, i just gear my diet towards eating foods that will grow me. (man do i love egg whites, a protein shake and oatmeal for breakfast) Now i know i've dropped some fat being i'm gettin vascularity never seen before (i likes, got this beasting one from my hand all the way up to my bi (still aint got that huge vein on them yet though)), imma have to hit up swolecat and get on the diet wagon... FOR REAL... of course i am at 310 now, but on the same token, i am 4-6 inches smaller in the waist as well

    Let me get off here before they block this site (dern military computers..)

    your transformation from tall and tubby to tall and muscular is about as impressive as my transformation from tall and scrawny to tall and muscular. (I went from 6'3" 145lbs 11%BF to 6'3" 255lbs 8%BF)

    Just to let yall know, i'm not dead yet. Ive just been so busy with work, i've not had the time to post up here (still working out of course) Just not enough hours in the day. I'll be seeking so pro advice, or forum advice that is to get a hardcore diet program in place so that all this muscle i'm adding and trying to add can show through the way it should be, right now, i'm hovering around 320 or so but plan to cut that quite a ways down in the near future.

    plenty of time to get rid of it. As soon as you dedicate yourself to a diet and cardio 5-6 days a week..it will stay there

    i've been following your thread for a while and... you should just take a pic with no shirt... so you've got a gut... a lot of us do. mines super increbibly hairy... i think you could gain alot by posting some real pics of yourself. We're all on your team man!

    You should definitely post a pic with no shirt. It's the only way you'll get some real feedback, and feedback is what might motivate you to actually start that diet and lose whatever your embarrassed of. If anyone here rips on you for showing a real pic (no shirt) then just disregard them and know that they are a chode. But really the only people who are reading this are people who want to see you get better! I'm chubby too but I posted some pics and it motivates the hell out of me to look at them and say to myself "hey, this is where I am, but I know where I want to be and where I'm going!" You can hid yourself from us but in the end you see yourself everyday. If you want people to just keep saying "damn your huge", that shouldn't be a prob, keep doing what your doing cause you already are. If you want to make a change you can't keep doing what you doing. Time to diet.
