    I hit biceps still dont understand, somedays im strong as a brute..others like today i was pathetic...it went ok tho, got it done

    heres the lift

    barbell curls-95x10, 105x8, 125x8, 105x10
    incline curls 30 sec rests 30-35lbx10 3 sets
    1 arm preachers 10 sec rests 30lbx12
    superset with cable curls

    hey bro we all have weak days..theres so many factors that contribute..hydration, carb intake and nutrients all together, recovery from your last workout..obviously you know all this, lol im just sayin...good job finishing your work out tho..i know when i dont it makes me feel like shit...one time when i was benching in the 400's no problem i failed on 315 doing my warm up set, infront of an audience too..lol that ****in suct, but i i understood why..just one of those days when i felt really ***leted..so i shrugged it off and did a high rep work out and got a sick pump, and emmidiately felt better...cause i know a work out finished is progress whether my expectations where met or not.

    Yea man thats how it goes sometimes...i guess in a way its a good sign letting me know that its a good time to close up the cycle and get ready for more growth on the next one its good though, i achieved my goals for this one, anything more is a bonus....

    Today was an off day...im using it to carb up today, wanna have a better lift tomorrow for shoulders and tris...who knows what ill hit today maybe 700-800g of carbs...all relatively clean too

    I hit shoulders and tris today, went ok here was the lift...my presses are still holding but my laterals were down the last couple wks...still staying lean tho...today's weight was 204.5lb so i assume im still losing BF....

    Shoulders triceps -military press-135x10, 185x8, 205x10, 225x8
    lateral raises-25lbx12, 35x12, 30x10, drop set with 25x10 20x12, 15x12

    triceps-rope pushdowns 3-4 sets
    1 arm overhead extensions-30lbx12 2 sets
    close grip 2 sets 20 sec rests 185x8-10
    bar pushdowns 20 sec rests-3 sets 150lbx12-15

    April 27th 206.5lb

    back-pulldowns 4 sets
    barbell rows 4 sets-135x10, 155x10, 175x8, 205x8
    1 arm rows superset with close grip pulldowns-3 sets 90lb/100lb pulldowns
    incline rows superset with seated rows 3 sets/ 40lbx12/150x10-12
    hyperextensions no rest 3 sets x 15 reps

    Chest was today, i seem to be getting weaker i dont know what it is,maybe the traveling or something..

    No man, strength is of no real concern to me, only mass and net muscle gain....

    strength was awesome a couple wks ago but it seems to go down every wk lately...ill see how it goes this wk but its a good sign that the cycle is coming to an end...

    Maybe too much cardio? Kidding bro....I know I tend to get weaker if I include supersets and or drop sets for more than a few weeks...sometimes it's a nice change to lift heavy and recoup for 1-3 mins between heavy lifts....just food for thought.....good luck bro.

    hey dude, being as you already look like a God (i checked out ur pics) why dont u just run halotestin at the end? itll harden you up MORE than any DHT will. some of it converts to dht too. im sure u already know all about it bro, but id look into that if i were you.

    ah i see, id either get them checked then run halo if everythings good, or run a high dose of masteron prop then. it works, and i only did 300mg a week. id do 500 next time

    For some reason I would picture you lifting more then this. just by your size alone. i mean i do bb curls at around the same weight, for about the same amount of reps and am NOT EVEN CLOSE to your size at all. Oh well genetics, genetics. f*ck your genetics
    Haha thanks Kbiz..yea man its weird...lately bicep training has gone to shit...

    hell even when i was natural i could easily do a clean 155-165lb barbell curl, and straight bar too..

    and in the middle of this cycle i hit 155lbx8 easy..and now lifting the 125lb curl feels so dam heavy, not sure whats going on, but hey theyre getting bigger i just focus on nutrition and it works out

    Nice man! to this day i have never benched 315...but yea to me weights are irrelevant, hell my incline destroys my flat press too..

    Another thing to note...trust me guys, trust me, its not all genetics...i was 113lb freshman year in high school, rail-thin...it took me 9 years to get to where i am, 9 years of total focus, barely any time off...u wouldnt believe the pictures of me back then...100lb less, everyone in my family is short and tiny lol...i gotta represent

    shoulders and triceps
