hey bro we all have weak days..theres so many factors that contribute..hydration, carb intake and nutrients all together, recovery from your last workout..obviously you know all this, lol im just sayin...good job finishing your work out tho..i know when i dont it makes me feel like shit...one time when i was benching in the 400's no problem i failed on 315 doing my warm up set, infront of an audience too..lol that ****in suct, but i i understood why..just one of those days when i felt really ***leted..so i shrugged it off and did a high rep work out and got a sick pump, and emmidiately felt better...cause i know a work out finished is progress whether my expectations where met or not.Originally Posted by CaptainDominate

Today was an off day...im using it to carb up today, wanna have a better lift tomorrow for shoulders and tris...who knows what ill hit todaymaybe 700-800g of carbs...all relatively clean too

I hit shoulders and tris today, went ok here was the lift...my presses are still holding but my laterals were down the last couple wks...still staying lean tho...today's weight was 204.5lb so i assume im still losing BF....

Maybe too much cardio? Kidding bro....I know I tend to get weaker if I include supersets and or drop sets for more than a few weeks...sometimes it's a nice change to lift heavy and recoup for 1-3 mins between heavy lifts....just food for thought.....good luck bro.Originally Posted by CaptainDominate

Haha thanks Kbiz..yea man its weird...lately bicep training has gone to shit...For some reason I would picture you lifting more then this. just by your size alone. i mean i do bb curls at around the same weight, for about the same amount of reps and am NOT EVEN CLOSE to your size at all. hell even when i was natural i could easily do a clean 155-165lb barbell curl, and straight bar too..
and in the middle of this cycle i hit 155lbx8 easy..and now lifting the 125lb curl feels so dam heavy, not sure whats going on, but hey theyre getting bigger i just focus on nutrition and it works out

Another thing to note...trust me guys, trust me, its not all genetics...i was 113lb freshman year in high school, rail-thin...it took me 9 years to get to where i am, 9 years of total focus, barely any time off...u wouldnt believe the pictures of me back then...100lb less, everyone in my family is short and tiny lol...i gotta representf*ck your genetics
