Ok. Time for me to step down. This will be my last entry. Im heading back to the castle. When im more concerned how my ink looks than the size of my arm, i feel its time to stop and think different. I wont grow more anyway and i dont want to up the Doses.
By step down i mean lower the ambitions.

I did not do bloods. Maybe i should have checked hct, but there are No signs. Actually i feel better now than normal because i eat pretty healthy and do cardio

Next cycle will be a mild Christmas cycle based on sarms. Then May 2020 im up for serious shit again. And i think i will add a component to the test and 19nor.

Ur Rigth about that. But its kind of scary. Im at 80% in most pushexercises and nervous every set because it may tear again.
Last 3 weeks the recovery has slowed down also. And its been 8 weeks now and im stil at 20 pounds kickbacks for the injured triceps. And its stil smal and shape is different.
Maybe its over. And i have to trust inks to get the girls

Nah, it's not over. Just takes time to heal. I think as we age increases, so does recovery time. Hang in there, Sil and don't rush it.

Edit: Just for shits and giggles, go read Kel's thread about injuries and maybe post up about your triceps injury.

Also, the irony of Kel's experience. The man tore both his hamstrings and it was directly related to a hamstring curl machine a friend fixed him up with. That's just fvcked up on soooo many levels.
