Feeling great. Just on 500 mg test e now. Think most of the tren is out. Stil looking just as good. Strength also. No sides.
Next week i will do 500 test also. But considering starting a double dose creatin cycle for 3 weeks.
Changed training also. 4 Split. Workes very good. With some overlap. Squats and deads separate days. Chest sunday and little on it mon. Calves and hams 2 times a week. Neck also.

Christmas cycle will start last week november. Only 5 weeks with mod tren a and test.
Then a good break before summercycle 2021. June to August.

So i guess october and few weeks in november i will look not so good. In theori. But, ill try to add something crazy. Add another gallion of milk and tons of oats with heavy ass shit skijumpstears running.

What ever it takes. Everything is so much better when i know im big and buff and people are impressed.

Lol, last gym wo i started with side dumbell rows. I got good pump, tank and i guess my back tatoo looked nice in that position.

Feel a bit shitty now. Down to 300 mg test e, but my body has been used to a lot more last 4 months.
But i guess its just compared to the loving feeling i had.
Sisewize and strengthwise its pretty much the same, but its more easy to gain fat now.

Back to shitty diett also. And yet heavy. Stil No pain i chest and breathing problemes or heartbeat issues. Like i had before my summercycle.

The only change is the skijump stairsrunning and 40 pounds backpack walking i try to do 2-3 times a week.

This migth tell me effective cardio 2 - 4 times a week, is the most healthy u can do. Even more important than dropping salt, sugar and trans fat.
